Please understand that because we are situated in a forest area, resourcing supplies takes significant time and may not be feasible at all hours. The minimum distance to major resourcing zones is approximately 10–15 km.
As a resort integrated into a natural forest environment, severe weather conditions—such as heavy lightning, rain, or storms—along with technical factors like grid overloads, may occasionally disrupt:

In the event of a disruption, the management and staff of Tarulata Eco Resort will take immediate steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, we request our guests to understand that due to our location, instant resolutions for major technical faults may not always be achievable.
We ask that guests book with the understanding that while we are a dedicated resort, the natural zone we inhabit may occasionally require patience while maintenance is carried out.
